Ten years. Twenty-five nights. One street that never stopped calling.

Z Hostel opened its doors around 2015 on a then-overlooked stretch of Poblacion. Two years later, its founders launched Z Street — the recurring block-party format that helped turn the neighborhood into Makati's nightlife capital, co-organized from the start with Poblacion Land & Urban Development Corp. and formally endorsed by the Makati Tourism Office. Say "Poblacion" today and most people mean Z in the same breath.

What started as one street takeover now runs five recurring franchises a year — Summer Kick Off, Rev Up, Repoblacion Independence Day, Halloween, and the Holiday Bazaar — plus an own-brand New Year's Eve party. Twenty-five events since 2017. Three hundred thousand people who answered the calling. And every October, the same street becomes the arena again.
